Vita Restaurant

A compact spatial organization was implemented through a continuous partition to optimize the customer journey within the restaurant's limited space.

This partition separates the customer and employee service areas, ensuring no cross-circulation and enhancing functionality. It connects the key stops of the customer experience as envisioned by the owners, concealing the service counters while incorporating openings for seamless interaction between customers and employees.

The restaurant's philosophy of offering modern, healthy, fresh, and organic food in the most convenient way is reflected in the design.

The brand also fosters community engagement by encouraging customers to share their recipes, adding a unique layer of interaction within the space.

Biodegradable and natural materials were chosen to align with the restaurant's values and raise awareness within the community. Polycarbonate sheets, with their patterns and textures, provide a modern and fresh aesthetic, while natural wood introduces warmth. Plants were integrated as natural design elements, and terrazzo was used for the flooring, further grounding the space in sustainable choices.

Notably, all seating elements are crafted from recycled plastics, reinforcing the commitment to sustainability.

Wooden frames define the main openings, supported by a 50x50 plywood grid that secures the polycarbonate sheets on the partition. This cohesive design language extends to the exterior, where plants frame the entrance, offering a preview of the fresh and inviting atmosphere inside.
